1. AGREEMENT

When you make a booking or purchase, you acknowledge that you are entering into an agreement solely with Skinfinity – Laser & Aesthetics. and not with any other related entities. Payments for services and products are processed through Timely Pay. You agree that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Skinfinity – Laser & Aesthetics. is not responsible for any issues that arise from your payment provider.
4.2 Payment Terms
You agree to pay in full for all booked services and products prior to receiving them. If, for any reason, we provide you with credit, failure by you to make payment in full of any amount payable pursuant to this Agreement on the due date constitutes a default. Without prejudice to any of our other rights or remedies, simple interest at a rate of 1.5% per month will be payable on demand from the due date until payment is made.

Clients may purchase the Full Body Laser Hair Removal Package at prices specified, which may be updated from time to time.
This package encompasses all laser hair removal areas offered by Skinfinity – Laser & Aesthetics. Please be aware that certain areas, such as the scalp and eyebrows, are not included in this package.
Clients have the option to remove specific areas from their Full Body Laser Hair Removal Package.
Clients must inform staff at the time of booking and upon arrival at each appointment about any areas removed from the package. Please note that there will be no price reduction for any areas that are excluded.
All laser hair removal treatments require prior bookings. Availability of bookings for this package may vary by day and time.
Payment for the package is required to be made in full and must be prepaid for all sessions at the time of purchase
This package is non-transferable and cannot be shared between clients. Photo ID may be requested to verify identity.
This package cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Please note that while laser hair removal is designed to provide a permanent reduction in hair density and regrowth, additional sessions or maintenance treatments may be necessary to achieve optimal results.
