1. AGREEMENT

When you make a booking or purchase, you acknowledge that you are entering into an agreement solely with Skinfinity – Laser & Aesthetics. and not with any other related entities. You agree that your rights and entitlements are limited to those offered by Skinfinity – Laser & Aesthetics.

When you make a booking, you agree to provide accurate information to help us find the most suitable service for you. While we strive to accommodate your requested time, we do not guarantee that the service will be available at the exact time you wish.

3.2 Website Bookings
You may book appointments through our Website. After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your appointment time and service.

3.3 Telephone Bookings
Bookings can also be made via telephone. Please be aware that calls may be recorded for quality assurance purposes. By proceeding with the call, you consent to the recording.

3.4 Purchases
When making a purchase for services or products, you will be prompted to provide payment details. You agree to pay the full cost of the goods and/or services, including any applicable taxes and charges. All purchases are subject to confirmation and acceptance by us.

3.5 Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on your rights and obligations.

3.6 Deposit

Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. The amount and terms of this deposit will be communicated to you at the time of booking and will be applied towards the total cost of the service.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 Payment Processing
Payments for services and products are processed through Timely Pay. You agree that all payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Skinfinity - Laser & Aesthetics. is not responsible for any issues that arise from your payment provider.

4.2 Payment Terms
You agree to pay in full for all booked services and products prior to receiving them. If, for any reason, we provide you with credit, failure by you to make payment in full of any amount payable pursuant to this Agreement on the due date constitutes a default. Without prejudice to any of our other rights or remedies, simple interest at a rate of 1.5% per month will be payable on demand from the due date until payment is made.

5. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We strive to ensure that all information provided through our Website and services is accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the completeness or timeliness of all information. You acknowledge that any reliance on such information is at your own risk.

We kindly ask that any cancellations or changes to your appointment be made at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and maintain our high standard of service.

If a cancellation occurs within the 48-hour period, please note that the deposit for your treatment will be forfeited, as we may not have enough time to fill your appointment. For package bookings, a late cancellation may result in the loss of that specific treatment.

To ensure a safe space for everyone, we do not tolerate such conduct. Any individual displaying inappropriate behaviour will be asked to leave our clinic, and we reserve the right to end or refuse treatment in such cases.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY

Skinfinity reserves the right to cease or refuse service to anyone who fails to meet our behavioural expectations, including but not limited to:

Bullying
Physical violence
Aggression
Sexual harassment

Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favours, or other unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature that would reasonably offend, humiliate, or intimidate another person. Examples include, but are not limited to:

Unwelcome physical contact or gestures
Inappropriate staring or comments
Suggestive jokes or nicknames
Sharing sexually explicit material
Persistent unwanted invitations or pressure for sex
Intrusive questions about personal life or body
Sexual gestures or indecent exposure
Online harassment or threats

Some forms of sexual harassment may also be criminal offences and will be reported to the police.

OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY

Our team members are empowered to address any behaviour that does not align with our standards and will take appropriate actions to ensure a safe and respectful environment. They have the right to cease service if they believe their health or safety is at risk due to immediate or imminent hazards.

Clients may purchase the Full Body Laser Hair Removal Package at prices specified, which may be updated from time to time.
This package encompasses all laser hair removal areas offered by Skinfinity - Laser & Aesthetics. Please be aware that certain areas, such as the scalp and eyebrows, are not included in this package.
Clients have the option to remove specific areas from their Full Body Laser Hair Removal Package.
Clients must inform staff at the time of booking and upon arrival at each appointment about any areas removed from the package. Please note that there will be no price reduction for any areas that are excluded.
All laser hair removal treatments require prior bookings. Availability of bookings for this package may vary by day and time.
Payment for the package is required to be made in full and must be prepaid for all sessions at the time of purchase
This package is non-transferable and cannot be shared between clients. Photo ID may be requested to verify identity.
This package cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Please note that while laser hair removal is designed to provide a permanent reduction in hair density and regrowth, additional sessions or maintenance treatments may be necessary to achieve optimal results.
